New Bern Center implements awards program for recruiters

The New Bern ACC implemented an awards program for recruiters within the center as a tool to give thanks and to motivate the team to succeed, Sept. 20 during company training.
"Although we are SUR, it is equally important to reward greatness when displayed," said Sgt. Bourcier who implemented the program at the Wilmington Army Reserve Center.

This incentive not only spread motivation throughout the center, but gives recruiters incentive to have a healthy competitive center and most importantly to give thanks to the recruiters in this thankless atmosphere.

The center staff will continue to reward and recognize the center as a whole during each phase line. However, it will reward recruiters as well for displaying their hard work and dedication to the mission.
